Today is the 97th day of Donald J. Trump’s 2nd term. He and his administration want to rule, not govern as required by the constitution and laws established by one-third of the three (3) co-equal branches of government. He and his cronies (aka Secretary of_____) methods of governing are unacceptable. Daily, throughout the fifty states people, have “Boots on the Ground” protesting. Between the protestors, lawyers, Democratic legislators, and others fighting DJT’s executive orders, many things he has tried have received a resounding ‘NO ’from the courts and the administration has had to walk back those orders. However, DJT continues summarily not to follow court rulings, including those issued by SCOTUS! 238 men sent to El Salvador without due process are still imprisoned, albeit the administration has been ordered to return them to the U.S. BTW, it is reported that El Salvador has been paid $3-$6MILLION to house these men.   To all who may have forgotten what they learned in High School Civics Class: be reminded by the image above. There has been a move by the Trump administration to move from democracy to an autocratic form of government. It’s obvious by DJT’s executive orders signed with his felt pen. Birthright Citizenship (didn’t work), removal of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in several federal agencies and colleges (working in some agencies but not in others), taking over colleges that have bowed down to his demands, taking over the Kennedy Center and much more. And now , many say we are in the throes of a Constitutional Crisis; I agree. Ø   a situation in which a major political dispute cannot be clearly resolved on the basis of the particular government’s constitution or established practice The rule of law, law and order, etc. DJT believes that by the stroke of a felt pen he can change laws which require a vote by congress.
